Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not incur a fee.

Late cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the appointment value.

Booking requirement
A valid debit/credit card must be added when booking. No upfront deposit is taken.

Payment
Cashless payments only.
